Hassle-free returns
We make every effort to ensure that our products meet your expectations as well as possible. Starting from the first sketches of models, through the selection of materials and accessories, to the customer service of our store - at every step, we are guided by full customer satisfaction.
Sometimes, however, it happens that the item purchased by mail order does not meet the customer's expectations. If this is the case for you, please inform us of your decision within 30 days of delivery of the package. Then, please send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract, and we will refund the money for the returned items (within 14 days of our receipt of the package).
If you are unable to find the right size, you can exchange it within 30 days of receiving the goods. Simply send the products to us for exchange, and we will exchange and deliver them to you.
The cost of replacing the goods is borne by the buyer.

We attach a return / exchange form to each package, please complete it and attach it to the package.
You do not have to send back the purchase invoice.
We do not accept returns sent:
- cash on delivery,
- to parcel lockers,
- to personal collection points and other branches or offices of the Polish Post.
Purchase on invoice with NIP (tax identification number)
The right to a refund applies only to consumer purchases, which means that if you have provided the tax identification number for the invoice, the right to return is not due.
How much are we refunding
You will receive a refund for:
- returned products, unless they show signs of use,
- shipping costs up to the amount of the cheapest available form of delivery (PLN 10). This means that, for example, if you paid PLN 15 for the delivery, you will receive a return of PLN 10.
You will not receive a refund for:
- sending the products back to us. Returns are sent by the consumer at his own expense and at his own risk,
- payment costs incurred with the purchase (PLN 2 fee for payment on delivery),
- shipping costs if only part of the purchased products is returned.
Exchange, discounts and shipping costs
In the event of an exchange for a different size or color, the granted discounts will remain unchanged. If the exchange is for another product and the discount granted for the first purchase was a one-off or its expiry date, the discount will not be transferred to the products from the exchange. This is a new order.
When exchanging for a different size, please note that products in sizes 3XL and 4XL and oversize products in sizes 2XL/3XL are 10% more expensive than others.
If there is not enough amount for the return for the return shipment, we will contact you regarding the surcharge (bank transfer, online payment, cash on delivery).
